Adding a page about support to the standard "About KDE" dialog

I would like to add a page about how to support KDE through the KDE 
Association to the standard "About KDE" dialog.

It will basically contain a link to the KDE Association web page 
(www.kde.org/kde-ev) where a mission statement and access to our paypal 
account is.
