Patch to add 'close tab' button in Mozilla style to Konqueror.

You're right, accidentally closing a tab is deadly easy...
Why don't use the same solution than galeon ? (don't kill me, i'm your friend :-)
You can disable the close buttons of all inactive tabs. So only the active tab 
can be closed through its close button. It works well and I think this is 
a much more practical solution than just one close button for all tabs.
