Well, its fine by me.

Its the only reason that counts IMHO. I don't want to point out specific 
entries in the feature list now, but some of them really look(ed) like they 
were planned for KDE 4.0 and not for a KDE 3.1 release. 

Given that our buglist grows by a few hundred new open bugs 
per month, I don't think we should majorly focus on new features. 

So I suggest +7 weeks, with +3 in the non-freeze and +4 in the freeze 
period.
