Ok, I just re-enabled the KIconEffect call instead of using the built-in
'recolor'. What was wrong with the KIconEffect version ? Seems ok here
( http://rikkus.info/tmp/keramik-kwin-style-seems-to-work-with-minor-fixes.png )
but I haven't tried _every_ possible colour scheme.
