missing what's this menu entries for k widgets

I added what's this helps entries for the kate part. I encounter some  
problems with the configuration dialog though. Normally each widgets gets a  
menu if you click with the RMB, which contains a "Whats this ?" menu item. 
 
This doesn't work for KlineEdits and and KIntNumInputs though. Could 
someone have a look ? Has this already been fixed ? (My complete checkout 
is 2 days old)
