oh, agreed... which is why the fix went into options.cpp and not the kcm =)

it's just a lot easier to find breakages when you are at the source of them 
rather than when you happen to notice them some time later and need to track 
them back to the source ... which means testing things is a good idea if it 
effects values in a config file, is all ... 

(p.s. kudos to you and those who perform the unenviable task of sweeping the 
visible strings for capitalization and grammer issues =)
