Inquiry: konqueror dependency on a lib in kate ?

I need the same widget in kate and in konqueror. If you compile everything 
kate is compiled before konqueror, so I moved it. You only have to compile 
and install the kdebase/kate/lib directory only.

After 3.1 I think I'll move it to kdelibs, but since it's not api stable yet, 
I do not want to move it kdelibs nor do I want to install the header file.

I could duplicate the code into konquerors directory hierachy, but I think 
it's a pain of syncing them.
