k3b does not build, and has not all week

k3bmp3module.h:8: ../../libmad/mad.h: No such file or directory
make[3]: *** [k3bmp3module.lo] Error 1

  All I see in that directory is mad.h.sed.  No mad.h.  My post about this to 
kde-multimedia received no response.
