No, I meant consent (from me). Maybe there was consent from other people, I 
don't remember that offhand anymore. 

AFAIK I was asked if there should be more than one CD app in the 
KDE distribution, and I said no. However, developing in CVS is fine for me 
(and always has been). I wanted to delay the decision / finding a consensus 
on this topic until we have an infrastructure for packaging each app 
separately, like some binary package vendors already do (Debian, Conectiva, 
there might be others). This was discussed, but there was no result, because 
it wasn't clear on how to do that. Then later IIRC Waldo said its more a 
problem of the packagers and not of us and imported them into CVS (or gave 
the Okay). This was before the idea of kdeextragear was born.

There are also some people who spend their time on arguing instead of
