Well, isn't *anything* in the KDE config a property of the applications 
and/or system, rather than a physical hardware behavior?  KDE isn't at the 
kernel level, after all.

And if we're going to have the mouse in Peripherals, I think people will 
expect the keyboard to be there, too.
