Hmm, In KDE2.2 KMail had a button to use the KDE default settings, which I
did not find in the HEAD version.  If this kind of stuff gets removed I don't
see why a wishlist report would change the minds of those that did.

Besides I always have a good laugh when starting KMail, I just gave up on 
reporting :-)
