make: *** No rule to make target `filebehavior.desktop', needed by `all-am'.

also, add:

    class DesktopPathConfig;

to kdebase/kcontrol/konq/main.h

what does this patch do exactly anyways (i'd just build it and look, but it's 
broken, obviously =)?
