Seems that way to me..  Hopefully within the next few months the gcc and 
other compiler people people will hear about this, and fix the compilers 
to output anonymous namespace-using code as efficiently as it outputs 
static-using code.

But in the meantime this is just another harmless turbo-KDE workaround.
