It shouldn't. Components like noatun plugins should not be compiled when 
kdemultimedia is missing. This is how it is done for atlantikdesigner, which 
won't be compiled when Atlantik (read: kdegames) is not installed.

The proper solution is to make kdemultimedia build, obviously. ;)

But conditional compilation of depending components would seem handy.

Is configure (and its checks) run for src.rpms? If so, this could be a simple
