The creation of that module has been discussed several times in the KDE 
Accessibility mailing list (kde-accessibility at kde.org) as well as in our 
official channel (irc.freenode.net#kde-accessibility) and we think it would 
be a good idea, there are other accessibility applications as well, like 
KMouseTool and KMouth (please, check our web site, 
http://accessibility.kde.org).
