This one should be down to zero for people not reading Hotmail directly from 
Kopete. For those who do (poor souls, Hotmail isn't quite the best webmail 
service around ;-) there will be one file left for each hotmail invocation. 
Now if I only knew when the file passed to kapp->invokeBrowser can be deleted 
as well things would be perfect again ;-)
