compiling kdelibs with KDE_NO_COMPAT

Hi!

The following patch makes kdelibs compile with KDE_NO_COMPAT (almost).
I post it here for review as I'm not sure what it can break (I'm almost 
certain that actually definining the symbol breaks binary compatiblity).

The remaining breakage are KActionCollection::take and ::insert. Both are
marked as private, but are used in khtml and it's unclear why they are 
private. Ellis?
