Hi

On http://131.152.105.154/~opie/mantis/ you see the startpage for Mantis 
(which can be custimized). On this page you can have a button with "Anonymous 
login". That would be the same as the current situation on bugs.kde.org. With 
that "account" you could search bugs, view the statistics and so on.
Developers would be able to create an account to be able to close bugs, move 
them... Of course the could also be master-accounts. It is very much 
custimizable (is that english;).
