Here is a long mail from Telsa about GNOME's reasonsing
why they switched from debbugs to bugzilla:

Although the initial positions of GNOME and KDE are not the same in 
this regard it couldn't hurt to see their reasons if you are 
evaluating the use of bugzilla.
