I can only second Lauri's statements. I once tried to find the complete 
wishlist for Evolution, but that proved hard to do and took me _way_ 
too long.

I know that you have to learn the debian stuff, too, but IMO it's much 
easier to learn and use. Think about all the users reporting bugs 
fighting with bugzilla  :-(
