I just got the answer that in Qt 3.1 QScollBar (and hence QScrollView)
will support Shift+wheelmouse for fast scrolling.

=> Please use Ctrl+wheelmouse for changing zoom in all apps that support zooming.
and we'll be able to get rid of KGlobalSettings::wheelMouseZooms() once
switching to Qt 3.1. (shall I mark it deprecated?)
