Sorry, my sentence was garbled on the way to the keyboard, what I meant
to say was that there is no _visual_ indication that you have pressed
either Shift or Ctrl-Shift unlike the "copy" action which shows a plus.

Guessed that just after sending the email, but given the fact
that I couldn't easily find the key its probably not quite to
intuitive as it could be.
