So the laws of the most restrictive country should apply to free software
developers worldwide? Or just the laws of the countries *you* happen to
care about?
You know, some countries ban all cryptography. The US used to ban export
of code with *hooks* for crypto, which would have banned KMail as-is. I'd
hate to see KDE network tools be rendered useless for real work because it
abides by a few stupid laws.
