That forces you to orgnize your data according to whether it is encrypted
or not. IMHO that is quite annoying.

Also, non-root users can not set encryted filesystems, and the number of
encrypted FSs you can have is limited.

I like crypto FSs, they are good and nice, but they are the solution to
another problem :-)
