cdbakeoven dialogs

Somehow the cdbakeoven developer has not managed to get write access to this 
list. (Waldo, could you please fix that? Until then, please CC him with any 
replies.)

All the dialogs were done with at least some help of Designer.
All of configuration dialogs have corresponding .ui files, which are up to
date. The reason I do not keep those as part of project, is that they
 extend KCModule, so I have to change a few lines after each time i run
 uic.

Now, what I refer to as Action Dialogs (erase dialog, copy dialog....) is
deferent story, those were done mostly by hand :(, because I could not
achieve the result I wanted with Designer.
If I dig, I could probably find the ui files I used for the dialog parts.

I can provide the designer files, just need to find a way to incorporate
 those into the project.
