Yes, certainly.

Additionally, IMHO it doesn't make too much sense if I've eplicitly stated in 
Konqueror that I want to save to a file (e.g. by right click and save to 
file), then to be asked seconds later when the progress dialog pops up to be 
asked whether I in fact want to open it after all.
