Moving Toys into Games in the K Menu

kdetoys are just for wasting time or unnecessary in general just like games :)
(well, considering that both can give you a creative pause, but they are not
"serious" parts of the desktop regarding them as creativity applications).
They would fit into the games section quite nicely and would reduce the K
menu's upfront entries by -1. The games submenu is already parted into 4
submenus, so a "wasting time with toys" submenu is at the right place here.
