They already should, but they're easily added if they don't already exist.
Something like this would be *very* nice for kcontrol and kioslaves too. Both
of them suffer similar problems, there's no simple way to install just one
document, or add another one later, but splitting them into individual and
separate documents would allow exactly that. The current solution for those
is pretty much the same inelegant hack that's going on in kdeaddons, and I
think they are actually a much bigger, if less visible, problem.
Now who do I bribe to implement the first part - the dynamic generation of
TOC's :)
