Linuxtag 2002 approaching, looking for volunteers

Dear fellow developers and KDE users,

the Linuxtag fair is approaching fast, and we've started planning and
preparation of the KDE booth. Like the years before, we need volunteer help
for setting up the booth and staff for the regular booth duty.

This request for help is directed to developers and experienced KDE users who
want to help us out. We're especially interested in people who want to be a
member of the regular booth personnel, i.e. who want to be at the booth for
the routine duty, not just for a sporadic walk in.

Especially, we're looking for people, who
* take care of the demo point and show KDE to visitors
* help setting up before, and tearing down the booth after the fair

Linuxtag this year will be from 6th to 9th of June in Karlsruhe. Look at

For registration, please contact matze at stud.fbi.fh-darmstadt.de (myself) or
eva at kde.org. We'd like you to contact us as soon as possible so that we have
enough time for making arrangements.

Liebe Entwickler und KDE-Benutzer,

der Linuxtag kommt schnell näher, und wir haben die Planung und Vorbereitung
des KDE-Standes begonnen. Wie in den vorangegangenen Jahren, brauchen wir
Hilfe von Freiwilligen für den Aufbau des Standes und den Standdienst.

Diese Bitte um Hilfe richtet sich an alle Entwickler und erfahrenen
KDE-Benutzer, die uns helfen wollen. Wir suchen besonders nach Leuten, die
Teil des regulären Standpersonals sein wollen, d.h. die am Routinedienst auf
dem Stand teilnehmen wollen, und nicht nur für ein sporadisches
Vorbeischauen.

Wir suchen besonders nach Leuten, die
* sich um die Rechner der Demo-Points kümmern und KDE den Besuchern zeigen
* beim Aufbau vor, und beim Abbau des Standes nach der Messe helfen

Der Linuxtag findet in diesem Jahr vom 6. bis zum 9. Juni in Karlsruhe statt.
