kio_sql in kdenonbeta

Hi,

I talked to LEFEBVRE Herve <aegir at linuxfrench.net> and we agreed to develop a 
new generic SQL IOSlave based on Qt's SQL classes with a filesystem mode (see 
thread on kde-devel) but also with an interactive mode (like my KIOSlave, 
www.bnro.de/~harry/sql_io/).

If no one objects I'd like to remove the obsolete kio_sql from kdenonbeta and 
replace it with our new slave.
