Artwork issues

There's a new entry in the bug database called artwork where all artwork 
related to KDE should be filed, ie icons. If there something needed to be 
done by the artists this is the right place; feel free to reassign or file 
bugs but please take a look at what already is there, we don't want any 
duplicates.
The problem was that the artists didn't get noticed when something was needed 
to be done; hopefully this will help.
