RFC: Kate Part + fixed / non-fixed fonts

For all people beside Lars interested in helping out with bidi + katepart:
Have rewritten the paintTextLine methode of katedocument and hope it is now 
more understandable and faster than before, will try to get some first steps 
in bidi theory in the next time but people who know how it works and want to 
help out, just take a look at the paintTextLine stuff and try to code it ;)
(other problems which would arise: getCursorPosition would need fixing with 
bidi)
