Am I allowed to add a new module to kde's cvs ?

I for one don't like extra CVS modules as they tend to cause trouble 
with translations, maintaince, etc. But there is nothing technically 
preventing it (beside the permissions of course), we have such 
dramatic cases like kdraw as CVS modules, why not one more :)
