I don't care as long as it is not the default. Otherwise there will be 
thousands of people wondering why their windows disappeared (after 
accidentally scrolling on the background). Even worse, some mice, like 
Logitech's iFeel series, have very unprecise mechanics and tend to scroll 
spontaneously.
