And I think the latter is even worse than the former. libkICE is more a
bug than a feature, we shouldn't repeat it (also it's different, it will
not be installed, not even headers). Use libart if installed, provide a
copy in the beloved (from me) kdesupport, but don't include it into
kdelibs.
