[PATCH] ContactListView width in KAddressBook

It shouldn't.  That's the bug we've been talking about.  It should only cause 
the last column to become wider, and the it should only be to fill the space 
up to the right side of the ListView.

The reason that it is aesthetically good there (I tried turning it off.) is 
that when turned off, the lines that underline each entry stop in the middle 
of the ListView, which looks bad.

However, I just checked and Malte committed his patch to both branches on 
Friday, so this should be fixed.  Can you do a cvs up and let us know what 
you think then?
