[PATCH] #4331 and more

This patch fixes BR#4331 and does two other things.

1) (#4331) Close and friends should be directly above Quit.  I also removed 
the separator.  There is no need for this, and we really overuse separators I 
think.

2) Merge the Print and Mail items (ie get rid of the separator).  These 
basically do the same sort of thing.  They send the document somewhere 
(printer or email, etc).  I don't see why we have to have so many separators 
and this is a good one to remove imho.

3) Bump the version number to 3.  Should this not have been done already?
