correct I think. I wrote the JPEG loader to have progressive loading of 
jpegs in a browser, which is sort of a must. I've mailed Qt-bugs about this 
and I was even willing to donate my code to Qt, but it was rejected, because 
they don't want to have progressive loading support of jpegs in Qt.
