[KDE Goals] Let the voting begin!

Dear community,

We are happy to announce that voting is now open for the next KDE Goals
cycle. There are nine proposals to choose from that will shape what the
community rallies behind for the next two years.

Check your inbox! If you made at least 20 actions on Invent from August
1st, 2024 up to today, then you should have received an invite to vote. If
you are an active KDE contributor and believe that you should be eligible
to vote but did not receive an invite, then please send me an email.

Voting closes on September 11, and the three most voted proposals will be
announced at Akademy.
