Just wanted to share quickly their reply:

> We've had a discussion in the team and we have re-evaluated our DKIM signing policy regarding the use case of mailing lists. Our conclusion is that it was perhaps overly strict on our end. We have changed the configuration on this matter.

> From now on we do not 'oversign' headers that start with `List-` anymore. If the mailing list does not mangle the body or any of the headers listed below in the process, then it should verify with DKIM for new mail you send.
> Oversigning in DKIM means that it records _absence_ and the recipient checks for this. We believe that in your case it was only the `List-Unsubscribe` header _added_ by the Mailman software that caused the verification to fail.

> The list of headers used in the DKIM signature:
> AutocryptContent-DispositionContent-Transfer-EncodingContent-TypeDateFromIn-Reply-ToList-Unsubscribe 
> * excluded from oversigning now List-Unsubscribe-Post 
> * excluded from oversigning nowM essage-IdMime-VersionReferencesReply-ToSenderSubjectTo
