What a strange thing to say. Not catering to people who argue against 
diversity is hardly the same as promoting a culture of conformity. 

Saying things like "you people may have your opinion, but please don't dare to 
voice it in public" and then talking of a supposed "chilling effect" on free 
speech is quite an absurd take on freedom of expression.
