Ocean Assets

Hello all,

As mentioned during my talk at Akademy, I would like to release test
versions of 3 elements coming from the design system. 2 color schemes,
Plasma Style, and an icon pack.

The new name for these assets is Ocean Style.

The color style comes from the adapted color style created for Ocean. This
means, the color may not be exactly what “works” for Breeze. It’s the
meeting of 2 different stylistic ideas. It’s possible these assets are not
quite at home with Breeze and that’s ok.

Known Issues Color dark/light

   - There seems to be either a bug or a bad color selection where plasma
   style buttons and some other assets don’t change colors from light to dark
   and vice-versa. If anyone is able to point out the issue, we can address
   it. I have been troubleshooting.

Path Icons

   - For the past few weeks, we have been working to make sure monochrome
   icons change colors accordingly on light or dark colors. However, some
   icons containing paths don’t seem to follow the color variables properly
   and they don’t change to be light in a dark color style. We know how to fix
   them, but there may be a few of them that still need the fixes. Using Icon
   Explorer can reveal a few issues.

Wrong Icons

   - There may be differences between icons at various sizes that don’t
   stay consistent across sizes. For those, please let us know and we can fix.
   - There may be duplicate icons in folders, they are noted by the *_1.svg
   suffix. We need to remove those icons and make sure there is only one copy
   of the right icon. If you see any, let us know.
