Hello All, 

Quite a few things are on the boil at the moment. We have FOSDEM coming up and 
the Plasma 6 Megarelease  is quickly approaching. There are new Network nodes 
that being nurtured into existence, funds to be raised and project teams that 
need input, counsel and support when communicating with the the world outside 
our bubble.

### Things done

* Ordered stuff (stickers, drawing tablet, merch) for FOSDEM
* Helped Nepalese Network Node set up their first booth at event
* Created expectation around Plasma 6 RC2
* Updated Plasma 6 announcement text for RC 2
* Organised AMA session for Plasma 6 developers
* Sourced material for KDE booth at FOSDEM
* Helped GCompris devs deal with tricky requests
* Reached and surpassed Supporting Members goal (again. Yawn.)
* Arranged speaker to represent KDE at this year's SCALE
* Announced Akademy’s location and date on social media.

* Research ways of semi-automatically creating screenshots of software while 
it is being tested
* Working on Annual Report 2023
* Support in organizing conf.KDE.in
* Finalizing collaboration with startpage
* Preparing Quarterly Newsletter and presentation for Advisory Board meetings.
* Promote KDE Network Nepal and start KDE Network in the UK

### Ongoing projects and periodic tasks

* Finding and solving mistakes in websites and wikis
* Moderating social media
* Weekly data collection on followers from Twitter, Mastodon and Instagram.
* Daily data collection from mentions of KDE, Kdenlive, Krita, etc., from 
media across the web.
* Daily update of progress bar and Hall of Fame on supporting member campaign 
page
