Gitlab update and repository repack

Hi all,

Just a brief update that our Gitlab instance has been updated to the latest
patch revision this evening. There are no notable changes to it's
functionality or bugfixes for us.

I have also repacked all of the pool repositories this afternoon as part of
regular maintenance on Gitlab. This should reduce the size of repository
clones going forward.
