Sorry if it wasn't clear - the migration I was referring to was away from
Telegram (which is what this bridge served).

At this time only 6 people are connected to the BNC, so it appears the
majority of the community members joining via IRC are maintaining their own
solution for permanent presence, or don't consider it necessary?
