I got reminded that Tarcisio (CC'ed) started work on it. But the maintenance 
mode was enabled to prevent security issues due to the usage of the old drupal 
installation by Ben.

Tarcisio, what's the status on that front? Is that already usable to some 
degree as a quick replacement for the old KDevelop website? What's missing?
