Unused scratch/clones repositories cleanup

Hello community,

Curently there's about 1400 repositories in total under the, scratch/
and clones/ namespace.

I am sure many people are using some of this repositories, but some are
fairly inactive and unused. We would like to ask community members to
go through their own personal repositories and clean-up the unused
repositories. Instructions on how to delete or trash personal
repositories can be found at:
