FSFE Pre-FOSDEM event

Hi all,

In case anyone is interested, the FSFE will hold a pre-FOSDEM event:

> The Free Software Foundation Europe will bring together the key Free
> Software groups of Europe a day before the FOSDEM event, in order to
> network and get an overview about activities of Free Software groups.

> The Pre-FOSDEM Event will be held on 31 January 2020, 13:30 to 19:00 at
> MundoB, Edinburgh Street 26, in Brussels.
> 
> We are looking forward to your participation and a fruitful exchange!
