ideas for growing our people

Hey folks :)

One of the important things the board set as a goal for the e.V. at
the last Akademy was investing in the growth of our people. This means
we want to put more time and money into supporting the personal and
professional development of our contributors. We started with this by
doing trainings at Akademy 2018 and 2019. However we'd like to go
beyond those in-person trainings as they can't be the only means of
supporting the personal and professional development of our community.
If you have ideas for what would be helpful please let me know so we
can take it into consideration.
