KDE Goals office hour this Friday

Hey folks :)

We have a number of great goal proposals
(https://phabricator.kde.org/tag/goal_setting_2019/) and it's time to
refine them until the middle of August. To answer questions and help
with refining we're doing an office hour this Friday. It's going to be
